1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ovi999 website, including all pages, services, games, betting markets, and tools accessible at ovi999.club and any associated subdomains.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player on the ovi999 platform, associated with a single mobile number or username and used to access all platform services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the ovi999 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a game outcome or sports event through the ovi999 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited by a Player directly from a payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by ovi999 to confirm a Player's identity and age.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ovi999 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you conclusively acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation.
• You have read ovi999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are of legal age (18 years or older) and are legally entitled to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money placed as Wagers on the Platform.

3 Eligibility and Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all Players:

• You must be a human individual (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) operating the Account personally.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the ovi999 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. ovi999 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided at registration.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ovi999 operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, ovi999 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), a passport, a driving licence, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. 4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ovi999 Account at any time by contacting support via the platform's live chat. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ovi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ovi999 does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to a third party. You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. ovi999 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to Players. 6.3 Withdrawal Processing

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

6.5 Transaction Fees

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.3 Bonus Expiry

7.4 Bonus Abuse

8 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the ovi999 platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or betting market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a Wager. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. ovi999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Wager after it has been placed and accepted by the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.

10 Responsible Gaming

ovi999 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical error, service interruption, or communication failure beyond ovi999's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a technical error or data feed failure.

13 Amendments to These Terms
